Stuffed Flank Steak Recipe |

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion chopped
3 cups soft breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp. hot water
1 egg, well beaten
1 buffalo flank steak (about 2 lbs)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup boiling water

Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until golden. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Spread on steak and roll up like a jelly roll. Tie securely with string.
Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat roll on all sides. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Place in roasted and add the 1/2 cup boiling water. Cover and bake at 275°F for 1.5 to 2.5 hours or until meat is tender.
