Slow Cooker Bison Roast Recipe

Ingredients:

3 - 5 lb bison roast
1/2 cup cooking wine or Italian dressing
2 cloves of garlic cut into quarters
1 - 12 oz container of beer
2 small onions
2 tbsp. Worcestershire or A-1 Sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard


Cooking Instructions:


Pepper all surfaces of roast and sprinkle with garlic powder. Brown bison roast at HIGH temperature on BBQ or frying pan. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or covered casserole. Add water to level of roast top. Cook slowly for 6 - 8 hours in slow cooker or bake at 250°F.
