1 1/4 lb ground bison
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
Dash of pepper

Mix in large bowl and roll into meatballs. Put onto tray in a pre-heated 350°F oven for approximately 35 minutes or until brown.


2 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. Worchestershire
1 tbsp. ketchup

Cooking Instructions:

Combine brown sugar and flour in pan, mix well, add vinegar, water, worchestershire and ketchup; stir and put on stove and keep stirring until it starts to boil.
