Ingredients:
2 lbs buffalo meat cut in small pieces
2 large chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 green peppers, chopped
2 yellow peppers, chopped
Fry the above in 2 tbsp. oil until browned
Add:
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp. flour
6 cups water or soup broth
2 tsp. paprika
2 large potatoes cut into small pieces
Dash of cayenne pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. You can also add mushrooms, red wine and cream at the end if desired.
