Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground bison
1 medium onion, chopped
1 28 oz can tomatoes
4 cups bison stock
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 can (10 oz) tomato soup
8 tbsp. pot barley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Brown meat and onions. Combine remaining ingredients in a large pot and simmer covered for 2 hours. |
